Road to takeover 2022
Championships in Knoxville
Creating a platform to connect players and break down the walls of the segregated soccer communities in America. This is for all players to express themselves in an organic soccer-centric environment with a festival-like atmosphere. For two Summers, we have traveled across the country to host The Takeover Tour, an adult 5v5 street tournament series. In 2022, the winners from each city competed in The Soccer Rebellion Championship at the House of Sports in Knoxville. Nike and Dick's Sporting Goods partnered with us to help expand the experience.
Takeover Tour 2022
During the summer of 2022, we traveled from Grand Rapids, MI, to throw tournaments in Detroit at Old Detroit Tiger Stadium, in Chicago, IL, at Fleet Fields, in Brooklyn, NY, at Soccer Roof Crown Heights location, and in Philadelphia at the PHI UNION training facility.
